AgeWell South Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy office specializing in geriatrics.
We hope you'll think of us when you or a loved one needs outpatient physical therapy. We are conveniently and centrally located in Delray Beach, Florida. Our staff includes a geriatric certified specialist, two certified exercise experts for aging adults, and a certified and licensed massage therapist. At the conclusion of physical therapy, our patients are invited to become fitness members. In this way, they are encouraged to exercise and build on all they gained from their therapy.
AgeWell South PT has ample parking and offers free transportation to patients over age 65 who have no other way to access our office.
